An RIBA Chartered Architect will help you achieve your vision, as well as add value to your project through good design and sound construction. An RIBA Chartered Architect provides a service that extends well beyond producing a set of drawings – they’ll handle the paperwork, bring value for money, peace of mind and imagination to your project.
It isn’t often that the first draft of a scheme is the final one. Often various options are required to help you explore your vision and its implications on site. These quick feasibility studies are produced at the start of the project to clients requirements.
Any development which requires structural alterations or changes to the street scene may require planning and/or building regulation permission. With our extensive knowledge of these applications we are able to achieve approval quickly and efficiently.
Once the architectural drawings have been approved by the client and local authority a second set of more detailed structural ‘working drawings’ is produced for the contractors and those on site. These dictate the building fabric, position of services and will generally form the basis for the contractors tender.
Ideally we like to project manage our schemes from conception right through to work on site. This ensures that the design brief is followed on site and the build deadlines are met.

Standard Assessment Procedure. SAP’s work by assessing how much energy a dwelling will consume and how much carbon dioxide will be emitted. With our own in-house accredited SAP assessor we are able to ensure your buildings efficiency and compliance.
When aged buildings fail specialist investigations are required to locate the buildings defect. Once understood we can advise of the best course of remedial action and project manage the repairs. We have our own resource of trusted subcontractors to ensure the right skilled people are chosen for specialist remedial work.
